By visiting BibiScrubs.com, creating an account, or placing an order for medical apparel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that apply to specific sections of our digital store. If you do not agree with all terms, please refrain from using this website.

2. Product Specifications & Weave Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to display the colors, technical properties, and tailoring of our scrubs as accurately as possible. However, the actual color you view will depend on your monitor and device display profile.

All BibiScrubs technical garments are crafted using our proprietary Poly-Rayon-Spandex mechanical stretch weave with anti-static and liquid-repellent finishes. Sizing charts reflect body garment measurements within a tolerance of +/- 0.5 inches.

3. Pricing, Payments & Sales Tax

Prices for all items are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from inadvertent typographical errors.

Payment must be received via approved credit/debit card or supported digital payment methods prior to order dispatch. Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination.

4. Clinic & Bulk Group Orders

Clinic team orders that feature customized institutional embroidery, department thread colors, or customized logo digitizing require formal proof approval prior to production.

Custom-embroidered items are personalized exclusively for the purchasing healthcare group and are non-refundable, except in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on this site, including logos, trademarks, imagery, graphic designs, copy, and code, are the intellectual property of BibiScrubs LLC or its respective content licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts.
