Are size exchanges free? Yes! Size and color exchanges are always 100% free with prepaid return postage included.
Can I return customized embroidery sets? Garments with custom clinic or name embroidery are personalized and non-returnable unless defective.
How long do refunds take? Once our quality control inspects the item, refunds reflect to your original payment card within 3–5 business days.
