1. Data Stewardship & Collection
BibiScrubs collects only essential contact and delivery information required to fulfill your medical scrub orders, process payments securely, and send real-time USPS tracking notifications.
Information collected may include your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and optional clinic affiliation for team bulk embroidery orders.
2. Zero Third-Party Selling
We value the privacy of our clinical community. We will never sell, lease, or monetize your personal medical credentials, purchase history, or contact details to third-party data brokers, marketers, or pharmaceutical sponsors.
3. Payment Processing & Security
All digital payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways with tokenization. BibiScrubs does not store full 16-digit credit card numbers or CVV security codes on our web servers.
Sessions across all pages of our website are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit TLS (Transport Layer Security).
4. California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific statutory rights concerning their personal information:

BibiScrubs utilizes client-side LocalStorage strictly for functional e-commerce features: remembering your active shopping cart items, saved wishlist garments, and unit preferences (inches vs. cm in our size guide). We do not employ third-party tracking pixels to follow you across unrelated websites.
